1. General Questions

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, physical products are returned, and the money gets refunded when someone requests a refund on those kinds of purchases. That's not the case in terms of our digital products and in this case our planners. The reason is that customers can't actually return a digital product.

Once they buy it and have possession of the data, it remains with them forever unless they delete it. They can't just email it back to you. (They could email it back, but they'd still have a copy on their computer or digital device.)

How do I track my order?

You will receive a e-mail immediatly with your product. No more than 5 minutes and you will be with your purchase.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store.

Yes, you can use your planner in any kind of cell phone and notebook or even ipads, any tool that has access to a website.

What is the product? Is it a App?

No, our planner is a page that we use with codes specifically designed to create a planner that is easy and intuitive to use and can be accessed through the Notion application or its website.

Can I customize my planner?

Your planner is completely modifiable and customized, you can select the colors of your preferences, photos, letters, everything.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.

You will receive instantly, after payment confirmation is made

Yes. All our planners are free shipping.
